When you purchase a ToolBook authoring product, you will receive free technical support for 30 days beginning with your first call. Please note that the 30 days of free support applies to your first purchase, not upgrades. Once your 30 days of free support expires, you should consider subscribing to the annual ToolBook Technical Support Program to receive personal assistance, products updates, product upgrades and more.

With a ToolBook Technical Support subscription, you receive the following during the term of your subscription:
