Ways to Attend a Training

INSTRUCTOR -LED TRAINING

You can attend an instructor-led class in one of the following ways. Choose the option most suited to your needs.

ToolBook Training At Your Location

Our trainers have extensive experience in training on ToolBook features as well as providing custom solutions to hundreds of customers. To get the most out of ToolBook, leverage their extensive knowledge and experience and have a SumTotal training consultant come to you.

By having a SumTotal Training Consultant come to your location, you can work with them to focus on your unique requirements and solve challenging requirements that you or your customers have. They will take you beyond how to use ToolBook to established best practices and tips and tricks of creating engaging courseware. You may also want to speak to a
ToolBook representative to discuss custom training options.

Attend a Public Class

SumTotal conducts scheduled public enrollment classes for most training offerings every quarter at different locations in the United States as well as virtually. These classes are a great option for organizations that want to train just a few individuals. It’s cost effective and provides an opportunity for learners to engage with and learn from content developers from other organizations. View our schedule and sign up now!

Virtual Training

If you are unable to travel to a public training class or have an instructor come to you, you can attend a virtual session of the class from your office.

CD-ROM

If you find that you don’t have the time to attend training but need to learn at your own pace and convenience, the Learning and Mastering CDs are an excellent way to take a deep dive into ToolBook. These CDs cover both basic and advanced topics and are also excellent resource tools.

Cancellation Policy: Classes are filled on a first-come first-served basis; your seat is guaranteed only when we receive your full payment or purchase order. Occasionally, circumstances require us to reschedule or cancel a class. In such an event we will notify you in writing via email at least 10 working days before the first day of class. Also, if a class is rescheduled or canceled by SumTotal Systems, you may request a refund or apply the fee to any other SumTotal course. We recommend that you do not purchase your airfare until at least 10 working days prior to the start of class so as not to incur unnecessary airfare charges in the event a class is cancelled.
