ToolBook Authorized Training Center (ATC) Benefits

The ATC license authorizes you to install ToolBook products onto the computers at your training center used to train students.

• Maintenance release software - As new versions (or upgrades) of ToolBook software are released, you will receive free of charge, one copy of each ToolBook product on which you currently offer training. (Maintenance release software may not be used for development or for non-training related purposes.)

• Premium level Customer Support - You will continue to receive free, toll-free technical support directly from SumTotal Systems as a member of the ATC Program. This support is available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday. You may also post your technical questions by e-mail to PremiumSupport@sumtotalsystems.com for a 48 hour turnaround.

• SumTotal Web site referral - Your name will be listed on the SumTotal Web site. In addition, you can link this listing to your Web site to provide information on your classes to potential students.

• Desk copy of each ToolBook courseware student manual - You will receive one copy of each ToolBook courseware student manual and student CD to use as a reference. This includes the ToolBook Instructor for CBT/WBT Developers student manual and the Introduction to ToolBook Assistant student manual.

• Ongoing training at ATC Update Workshops - Twice a year, we may offer free of charge ATC Update Workshops.

• Discounted pricing on ToolBook courseware student manuals - ToolBook courseware student manuals are available to ATC partners at special discounted prices.

ATC Commitments

• Contact - Keep the ATC Coordinator informed about changes to information on the ATC Program Application, such as new contacts, address changes, etc.

• Registration - Pay the initial registration fee of $7,500 ($6,500 for educational institutions) and an annual renewal fee of $3,500 ($2,500 for educational insitutions).

• Trainer - Have a currently certified trainer for ToolBook products available for your classes.

• Service - Teach a minimum of 15 students per quarter. In addition, Academic ATCs must also provide two faculty workshops on ToolBook products per year in addition to the minimum student requirement.

• Annual Volume - Commit to a minimum purchase of $3,500 of ToolBook courseware student manuals purchased annually.

• Reporting - Provide the SumTotal Training Coordinator with class rosters and class evaluation forms upon request.
