If you would like to speak to a ToolBook representative, use the contact information below.

To contact us, call 1-866-SMTOTAL (866-768-6825) and ask to speak to one of our ToolBook representatives, or fill out the Call Back Request form to have us contact you. You can also reach us via email at sales@sumtotalsystems.com.

 


Please do not make travel arrangements until Educational Services contacts you and confirms your registration and payment.

Cancellation Policy: Classes are filled on a first-come first-served basis; your seat is guaranteed only when we receive your full payment or purchase order. Occasionally, circumstances require us to reschedule or cancel a class. In such an event we will notify you in writing via email at least 10 working days before the first day of class. Also, if a class is rescheduled or canceled by SumTotal Systems, you may request a refund or apply the fee to any other SumTotal course. We recommend that you do not purchase your airfare until at least 10 working days prior to the start of class so as not to incur unnecessary airfare charges in the event a class is cancelled.
